Frankie and his staff combined have over 100 years experience in the restaurant industry and have been serving Citrus County residents for over 8 years. We have seen dozens of restaurants come and go but rest assured, we are here to stay! Why you may ask?

We GUARANTEE everything we do from being on time to the quality of our food and service. This keeps us on our toes and allows you, our guest, to enjoy your event WORRY-FREE! Whether it's a formal event, a backyard picnic or office event we specialize in Fresh, Homemade American Cuisine to fit your needs and satisfy your budget!

All Buffets include china platters and bowls, buffet linen, serving utensils, quality disposable plastic plates, flatware and napkins! What more could you ask for? If you think of something, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate all of your specific needs.

All pricing is per guest and based on a minimum of 30 paid guests. We can easily serve up to 200 guests! If your party is larger, we would just need additional notice to coordinate with our vendors and staff. Per guest price includes delivery and set up of buffet, staffing and serving of buffet line for 1 hour. Events of 100 or more include up to two hours of staffing time at no additional cost to you! We can also drop off and set up buffet and then return to pick up our equipment at a convenient time for YOU! Gratuity is at your discretion.
