"I have been eating at Frankie's for a very long time now. My elderly parents along with my wife and kids will eat here almost every Saturday after Mass. The food is very good as well as the value. The staff is very nice and friendly. The Bleu Cheese Sirloin was the last thing I ate there and it was superb, The burgers and ribs are always excellent. We all love eating here and we are regulars. "I would have said, "Everything on the menu is absolutely great!" Our Favorites are the Lucky Brownie, Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Loaded fries, and the Prime Rib Sandwich. That I also appreciate the fact that Frankie's has supported Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society, in our fund raisers. And that Frankie's has supported the Kids of Early Headstart, because kids are the future of our town. "I first started to eat a Frankie's when i moved back to Inverness a year ago. I was instantly impressed with the salmon dinner and how large it was for the price....I have paid much more in the bigger city I moved from. I started to come to Frankie's about once a week with the kids during the kids eats free night. I started to accumulate points on my "rewards card" and soon started to receive coupons. I thought this was great, eating out and getting a discount! I was disappointed when i brought the kids to come in for St Pattys day corned beef and it was backed up out the door and we did not get to stay that night for the festivities, when I expressed my opinion and some suggestions I received a response from the owner! The point is this: currently we have a society that cares very little about the customer and generally give lip service to customer service. At Frankie's you may have a good experience or an off-night experience, which is expected with EVERY business, but rest assured, if you speak to someone about your experience you will be heard and your opinion will be considered AND THAT is the mark of a good business. That is why i keep coming back. "My wife and I and some friends of ours have been eating at your restaurant for several years. Why do we keep coming back you might ask. Well it's simple. Good Food, Good Service, Friendly Staff, and a place we can go dressed casual, and still feel good about eating out somewhere nice. Inside is rustic, outside there's a patio for when the weather is cool, and decent parking, and best of all we can make a reservation, and have our booth ready without having to wait. We drive from Dunnellon when there are plenty of other places to eat closer by. Your food and drinks are not only excellent, but are reasonably priced. By taking advantage of your special promotional discounts on dinners in this tight economy, we can share it with your servers by tipping them more.
